KNOW YOURSELF TO LEAD YOURSELF with Sonja Klopčič

The training course is targeting young people interested in gaining new ways, techniques and secrets of successful leadership as the result of personal development, dependent upon the importance of values.

Profile of Participants:

• Young people on leading positions and / or functions in companies and NGO’s (outside Rotary)
• Leadership working experiences expected
• Rotaract and Rotex members also invited
• Age: from 18 to 33
• Max. 20 participants will be accepted
• Working language: English (fluent)

Application and Seminar fee:

The participation fee is 200 EUR and is including:

• Accommodation - from Thursday to Sunday
• Food, drinks, coffee and snacks (all inclusive) for the entire seminar
• Training
• Seminar material
• Personal coaching

Deadline for application:

31.3.2024, but the system works by the principle first come first served.

Candidates are requested to send us their application forms. After the selection of participants is made, you will be asked to pay the participation fee. Once the fee is paid, the application is officially confirmed.

Applications will be accepted until the last free place is available.

The participants should arrive on Thursday, 11.4.2024 latest at 16.00 and should be obviously present until the end of the seminar to Sunday, 14.4.2024until 16.00.

About the moderator: Sonja Klopčič

Sonja Klopčič is a developer of sustainable leadership and a multiple-awarded innovator. She is the director of the AEIOU UNIVERSE Institute, the author of four books on leadership, and the recipient of the Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All award. Her passion is to support leaders to lead holistically, which is why she is also a programme manager of the AEIOU Breakthrough for Female Leader and the AEIOU Executive: Future CEO.
