- Young people on leading positions and / or functions in companies and NGO’s (outside Rotary)
- Rotaract and Rotex members
- Leadership working experiences expected
- Age: from 20 to 33
- Max. 20 participants will be accepted

The participation fee is 200 EUR and is including:
- Accommodation – all inclusive from Thursday to Sunday
- Training
- Seminar material
- Personal coaching
Deadline for application:
Candidates are requested to send us their application forms. After the selection of participants is made, you will be asked to pay the participation fee. Once the fee is paid, the application is officially confirmed.
Applications will be accepted until the last free place is available. Applications are closed!
The participants should arrive on Thursday, 31.3.2022 latest at 16.00 and should be obviously present until the end of the seminar to Sunday, 3.4.2022 to 16.00.

Tim is a trained Hospital Manager and FM Professional and co-founder of multiple Social Enterprise initiatives and until recently led strategic development and design practice, for Amey Corporate Social Responsibility.
He has experience in strategic asset management and development of bespoke public and private sector Facilities Management service provision but his life changed when he discovered the power of education when he graduated from his first degree.
Tim’s leadership experience spans all three sectors and includes institutional development strategy for outsourced Estates Management, affordable medical care in developing countries and innovative workspace environments as well as urban regeneration projects and the up-skilling of some 700 executives within EMEIA and the North Atlantic and Central Europe.
Tim was project lead for the Teenage Cancer Trust conference and War Child International Music Festival and currently works as a freelance consultant and professional development specialist and interim director
Tim is a serial networker with entrepreneurial flair and innovation in progressing business culture towards the triple bottom line. He is a fellow of the RSA, has tutored at the University of Leeds and served as a member of the BIFM Validation Panel visiting professional development platforms worldwide.
Tim has led on partnerships, strategy, accelerator programmes and social impact at Amey/Ferrovial and is the go-to-person if you want to collaborate and impact on your community or improve top down organisational effectiveness.
Tim is an NLP Coach/Trainer and studied Psychology in Leeds. He speaks French, and Spanish and is a BSL Level 2 Signer and lay Buddhist Practitioner of some twenty six years.[/vc_column_text][/trx_column_item][/trx_columns][/vc_column][/vc_row]
